On January 23, 2018, I gave a livestreamed lecture about the Tsarnaev case, and followed it with a one-hour Open Mic. It was advertised in Boston.com.  Locals were invited to say what they pleased. Hummux of 911TV.org made the video. The most interesting speaker was Sgt John McLellan who had been supervisor of Watertown police during the manhunt -- but he said it was not his men who shot at Jahar inside the boat.
